Bike & Brew: Lehigh & Carbon Counties
Join DLNHC on September 13, from 11:30 am-4:30 pm for a 22-mile round-trip Bike & Brews Ride along the D&L Trail through Lehigh and Carbon counties! We’ll start at the Berger Trailhead (MM 91) and ride to Weissport (MM 102), with scenic stops at the Slatington Trailhead, Walnutport overlook, and Lehigh Gap Nature Center. Also, enjoy extended breaks at The Hofford Mill—featuring local brews and the Intertribal Native American Festival—and the Slatington Farmers Market, home to a variety of local eateries and vendors. It’s a perfect blend of cycling, community, and culture!

By purchasing a ticket and participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following rules and conditions:
1. Helmet Requirement
I agree to bring my own helmet and wear it for the duration of the ride.
2. Ride Details Acknowledgment
I confirm that I have read the description of the bike ride I registered for. I understand the date, time, location, length, and difficulty level of the ride. I acknowledge that I am responsible for bringing all necessary items, including water, my own bike, and helmet.
3. Early Departure Policy
I understand that if I choose to leave the ride before the program concludes, I will be separating from the group and continuing on my own.
4. Media Release
I grant permission to the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor (DLNHC) and sponsoring organizations to use photographs, film, and video of me (or my minor child) for promotional or related purposes, including use on organizational websites.
5. Liability Waiver & Risk Acknowledgment
I understand that biking is a potentially hazardous activity that could result in injury or death. I certify that I am medically able to participate and in good health. I agree to follow all instructions from program officials, including any decisions regarding my participation. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this event, including but not limited to: falls, weather conditions, traffic, and terrain. I understand that skateboards, roller skates/blades, and personal music players are prohibited during the event.
I waive and release DLNHC, its affiliates, sponsors, and host municipalities from any liability related to my participation, even if caused by negligence. I also grant permission for the use of my image or likeness in event-related media.

A parent or legal guardian must register and sign this agreement for any participant under the age of 18.
